Well here I am back trading again. I found having the complete day to trade really helps me get a general view of what's happening the market.
I fired in two countertrend trades in this session. Short at 138675 as the market made a top.. I closed at 138500 which happened to be the bottom.
The market then rocketted up to 139500 when I then shorted again at 139275.
The two trades earned me +13 which earned me a total of 32 prices for the day.

I have today off so I thought I'd make some trades.
I am doing ok today and caught the general moves.. however, both my trades were great entries but where I let myself down was where I exited. There are so many variables to trading, your entry, your exit, your trading psychology etc etc.

I didn't get a chance to trade today...
After last nights trade on the Fed result and making a profit, I discussed the methodology with my trading mentor, he said that in usual circumstances, the move is not usually so strong so it's a strategy which he doesn't recommend. Oh well, nevermind!
