I've found that it is always difficult psychology wise to trade as well as you should if you start with a losing trade. Our Gold trade earlier in the week had left us with a 120 point deficit.

I entered long silver last night. From the chart, it looked like the price action was retracing before a further move upwards. Something which has been bothering me lately are my exits so I think I am going to open two trades and close one when my usual signals tell me to and then try and hold the other trade for bigger gains.

The markets have been very difficult to trade of late... there seem to be many fake signals so it's important to only trade the markets which are showing the most clean looking signals.
Anyway, something which looks interesting is Silver. The market has been in a downtrend for a while now but looking at the daily charts, we can see that it's now forming higher lows which is reminiscent of an uptrend... there were no higher highs however but there was a resistance area but this broke last
