There seems to be a trade every couple of days so far with the DDFX system and I took two more over the last couple of days with the EURUSD pair. I got stopped out for my last trade on EURJPY for a 40 pip loss and thought perhaps EURJPY was not a good pair to trade using DDFX, time will tell. Anyway, there was the entry on the 18th where I went long after seeing two arrows and the trene bars were all pointing towards a move higher so I entered. However, I got stopped out for a 34 pop loss

For those who read yesterdays post where I had missed out on a nice 55 pip profit on the EURUSD as my system had not identified the exit went to hit the stop target which meant a 28 pip loss overall is rather annoying. This actually means that your account, if you take a nominal starting account of 100 for example, was 155 if I had closed when I thought I should have closed to 72 after the stop was hit. The inevitable loss….

The inevitable loss....

Unfortunately, my winning streak was broken the other day (18th May) when I sold the EURJPY at 13016 and got stopped at 13050 for -34 pips. The market had been trending upwards and I thought that the momentum was running out of steam and hence the short.. the market briefly dipped and I felt this was my cue to enter.. however, it turned out to be a fake sell pattern and the price promptly went upwards to hit my stop. The lesson here is to be careful when trading against the trend. I find
