There was a fantastic move today on the Crude Oil market. I had an order 5 points above the resistance line and when it broke, it just flew. I only managed to take 100 points but the market has shot up to 8922, that's a huge 170 odd points move so far! What you'll find with oil is when you get these sort of moves, they are huge and you can expect a few hundred points. I'm sure the price actionwill take us higher now that the price action is also above the 20 day Moving Average on the Daily Ch

DDFX Trading System - 15th to 19th August - First Losing Week

So finally we have a losing week on the DDFX trading system, we've had a spectacular run so I do hope this this is a one off and not the start of a spiral trend which seems to be what happens to a lot of trading systems. The GBPUSD long at the beginning of the week was a nice trade… a winner and what I expected (probably getting a bit too confident here).. A mere 31 pips which isn’t huge compared with the trades I’ve been getting with the system previously but nonetheless, a good start.

DDFX Trading System - 8th to 12th August - Best and worst week so far!

If only trades were like this every week. We had a short entry at the start of the week and it just ran and ran for 322 pips. I have found that the yellow line is better to get out of trades rather than looking at the price bar colours and the trend indicators.  After a great trade with this, I took the rest of the week off and didn't trade any more of the signals (which would have yield a few more pips). I also traded the EURJPY this week but this was rather choppy in comparison to the
