Another tennis match which I played with on Betfair. My strategy was based on looking at the Price/Volume chart. You can see previously that the market had gone all the way out to almost 7 previously before coming back down. When I saw that the price looked as though it was going out again, I laid £20 at 3.45. My back point was just before the height of the previous peak at 7 so I put my order to back at 6.4 (but I got 6.8) which gave me a free ride. I then greened up the amount for an average

Ok, as I previously mentioned, I was waiting for the first horse race to start at 2pm and I decided to explore other markets to see if any money could be made.
I settled on the Tennis matches the Roland Garros French Open between Falla and Chela. I have no ideas who these guys are (pardon my ignorance) but to make money in Betfair, you don't actually need to know about them :)

Hi All,
I woke up at 6am (my usual wake up time) and remembered that
a) I didn't need to go to work because of the Bank Holiday
b) the Financial Markets aren't worth trading today
so, I went back to sleep and woke up at around 9 ish.. a nice lie in.
However, you can bet on the sports markets using Betfair over the holidays and make money. I have been playing around with the Race Horse markets of late but the first one didn't start until 2pm today so I thought I'd look around to se
