Today was Fed day and I had come home after the announcement. I'm always a little wary of what the Fed does to the market but I entered long at 131000 after stochastics had turned upwards with a target of 132000. This hit target in a matter of minutes for 40 prices!! Hoorah! I kept on thinking to take profit at 10 points and would obviously be kicking myself if I had. I had a day off from work today and I thought I'd try and sit through a whole session trading. However, what happened was that I traded the FTSE in the morning, then went out for lunch and then back in the evening again. I traded the FTSE early in the morning It was a quick 10 minute trade where I went long at around 5500 (nice round number) and then exited 20 points later at 5520. Hi all, Note the asterisk. I am on the live account but I have no margin so the account doesn't work currently. I spreadbetted my entries however and did very well. I am pleased with my result. If you look at the charts, both 5 and 15 mins stochastics were heading higher after being oversold. Having two signals gives you confidence that it may go your way. I got in at 128325 and got out at 129800 for an excellent +58 points! I'm trying to get the margin sorted on the account howeve
