Hi All, Today is Bank Holiday Monday in the UK and in my previous post, I mentioned that I don't like to trade the market during these times. Best to wait for the traders to come back with some volume to start again. Well, that's certainly for the markets which are directly affected by the UK bank holiday. Trading and Bank Holidays

Hi All, In the UK, it's now Easter weekend. I've learnt from past experience that volume dries up and markets tend to be choppy and prone to false breakouts, whipsaws etc. I didn't trade last night (and hence no update) and I wont be trading today or Monday. US market is giving up it's gains from yesterday

Yesterday we saw a tremendous rally on the US front after the Fed cut interest rates 0.75 basis points. Today, I got home a tad late due to delays with the London Underground system and also due to the time differences, the US market closes at 8pm GMT meaning that I have a hour less trading time.
