100% return on portfolio in 1 month. Scaling up again…
So the portfolio I’ve been running on a small live account has done really well, over 100% return running across 3 algos in the portfolio. Results are great and it’s times to capitalise which is why it’s time to scale up now.. my account doubled to $2000 and I’ve added another $8000 to make it $10,000. I’m excited and apprehensive and the title of my post is ‘scaling up again’ because we’ve been here a few times before where we’ve see some great results and we scaled in and it has failed. My experience is that algos have a finite life and I’ve been looking for the one which can trade all conditions, the ‘all weather portfolio’.. I think I’m closer to this in fact I always think I’m closer so I never know until I try. However it is important to capitalise on it if I’ve made hundred percent in the small account I should be able to make another hundred percent on the larger account and I need to do this before it stops working but if we have finally found the all weather portfolio then it will keep growing and I can keep scaling in. So let’s see, we start Trading tomorrow!!! Wish me luck!
